Preview: LHS Jacket Stadium plans to hold Mental Health Awareness Night Oct. 3

Those at the Lebanon High School varsity football game Oct. 3 will have the opportunity to learn more about a mental health helpline thanks to an idea from an LHS alumni.

Dr. Jeffrey Brown has organized Oct. 3’s Mental Health Awareness Night, held at Jacket Stadium during the football game, through an opportunity the Lebanon R3 All Sports Booster Club provided with the hope of increasing mental health awareness.

“And what a great place to be able to do something like that, where mental health can take a center spotlight at a place where it’s healthy and it’s fun, and it’s a place where community comes together,” Brown said.
