Preston Dale McNett, 26, of Lebanon, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, in Springfield.
He was born Feb. 1, 1995 in St. Joseph, Mo. to Preston Wayne and Tammy Lee Collins McNett.
Preston was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Lee McNett and his paternal grandparents.
He graduated from Webb City High School with the class of 2014. He then joined the United States Army and proudly served our country where he was also a dental assistant. Upon returning home, he became a welder. He was a member of the American Welding Society. In his free time, he enjoyed hiking, shooting, camping and fishing. However, nothing compared to the time spent with his daughter, she was the most important thing in his life.
He is survived by his parents, Preston and Tammy McNett; daughter, Kinsley McNett; uncles and aunts, Matthew Collins, Jacob Collins, Jerry Collins Jr., Lisa Murphy, Dianna Kuhn, William McNett, Calvin McNett, Randy McNett and Dianna Rearrick; grandparents, Jerry Dale and Linda Collins; several cousins; other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life for Preston Dale McNett will be held at a later date. His body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
