Police arrest man in stabbing

Lebanon Police have arrested a 59-year-old man in a reported stabbing Thursday night. According to police, the 61-year-old victim said he gave the suspect a ride and the man began to act irrationally. “When the victim pulled over and told the suspect to exit the vehicle, the suspect stabbed him in the forearm and ran off. Police said the victim drove himself to the hospital and was treated for a non-life-threatening injury. The suspect was later located at a residence in the 200 block of Garfield Street in Lebanon. He was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was taken to the Laclede County Jail and charges are pending, police said.
