Phillip Ronald Legan, 88, of Buffalo, died Sunday, March 21, 2021, in Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
Graveside services for Phillip Ronald Legan will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 29, 2021, in the Sweaney Cemetery in Buffalo, under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the Buffalo American Legion or to the American Cancer Society.
