Phillip Bob Ross, 74, of Lebanon, died Thursday, April 27, 2023, at his home.
He was born Dec. 23, 1948, in Loraine, Texas to Adrian H. Ross and Freda Movalene Cotten Ross.
Phillip was an Army veteran and was in Vietnam three years. He worked many years in the oil field, and owner of Shiannes Truck Repair in Lebanon. He was a lifetime member of VFW and was of the Christian faith.
On May 11, 1985, he married Debbie Greenwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents, mother and father-in-law Ron and Fern Murhammer, son, Brad, father-in-law, Orien Greenwood, brother Ronnie Ross and his beloved dog “Baby.’’
He loved to fire up the smoker and cook the most amazing briskets and steaks. He also enjoyed working on diesel trucks. Phil had a big heart and would help anyone in need.
He is survived by his wife Debbie; daughters, Shianne and Cheryl; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, April and Brian Hollinger; sister-in-law, Leah Collier; grandchildren Bailey LaChance, Kinley Hollinger, Madison West, Robbie Delval and Dakota Dutton, nieces, nephews, great aunt and numerous other family members.
