Peyton Alexandra Buckner, 25, of Lebanon, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2020, in her home.
She was born June 21, 1995, in Kansas City, Mo. to Jason and Malissa Dalke Buckner.
Peyton was preceded in death by her twin sister, Reilli Jordyn Buckner.
She was raised in Kansas City, Mo., and. moved with her family to Lebanon. She then graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 2013. While in high school, she was a member of the honors choir and was active in sports as a member of the track team and wrestling team. She was a devoted homemaker and loving mother to her two sons.
Survivors include two sons, Jason Alexander and Jaxton Jordyn Kayne, both of the home; her parents, Jason and Malissa Buckner of Lebanon; one sister, Kathryn Buckner of Lebanon; three brothers, Logan Buckner of Kansas City, Mo.; Dearriean Littles of Lebanon, and Joseph Jones of Kansas City, Kan.; her maternal grandmother, Kati Dalke of Lebanon; her paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Yates of Marshall, Texas; her maternal great-grandmother, Joan McGuire of Lebanon; aunts and uncles, Ami Dalke, Rachel Dalke, and Brandon Dalke; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for Peyton Alexandra Buckner will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020, at the Second Baptist Church in Lebanon with Pastor Bill Garrett officiating, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
