Posted
The Lebanon R-3 School Board has approved a more than $2 million pay increase for staff. The Board voted 5-0 to approve the fiscal year 2022-23 budget at a board retreat held Wednesday. The budget included a last-minute bump to teacher pay over what was previously planned, according to news release from the school district.  Lebanon teachers will receive approximately a 5% cost-of-living allowance (COLA) in addition to a step on the salary schedule for those eligible.
