Paul Dean Smith, 60, of Phillipsburg died Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at his home. He is survived by his sister, Connie Burns of Phillipsburg; two brothers, Donnie Smith and his wife Beth and Robert Smith and his wife Cathy, all of Phillipsburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2023, at the Mount Rose Chapel Mausoleum in Lebanon with Dr. Timothy Howe officiating. A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. in the Chapel Mausoleum. A memorial to the Vietnam Veterans has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
