Paul C. Lay, 78, of Lebanon, was born June 10, 1945, in Kentucky to Frank Lay and Lillian Davis Lay and died Monday, Feb. 26, 2024, in Mercy Hospital Lebanon. He is survived by his wife Theresa; his brothers, Jeff Brown and his wife Nancy of Illinois, Walt Brown and his wife Ivy of Tennessee and Marty Brown and his wife Debbie of California; a sister, Emma Overton of Arkansas; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Martin and her husband Larry and Cindy Tucker and her husband Jim; his stepchildren, Linda Finnell and Doug Butts; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. All services will be private under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
