Patricia Lynne “Patti’’ Whitacre, 59, of Lebanon, died Monday, June 20, 2022, in Lebanon.

She was born Feb. 18, 1963, in St. Joseph, Mo. to Robert Dale and Jeannene Lee Driver Stewart.

On June 25, 1982, she married William Mark Whitacre.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Deborah Leader.

Patti graduated from Lafayette High School in St. Joseph, Mo. with the class of 1981. In the nineties, Patti became involved with Home Interiors, now Celebrating Home Direct. She was passionate about home décor and was dedicated to selling for a company that she loved. Family was most important to her. Whether it was supporting her husband Mark, on the sidelines of a football game, as he was coaching, or the countless hours spent on the phone with her daughters, she was their biggest fan and constant supporter. She adored her grandchildren “her little’s” as she called them, and treasured every second they spent together.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of nearly forty years, Mark; two daughters, Kelsy Alaine Whitacre of Osage Beach, and Taylor Michelle Stewart and her husband Aaron of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Hailey Lynn, Logan Mark and Evelynn Rose; one niece, Crissy Anderson and her husband Shaun of Savannah, MO; great nieces and nephews, Kameron and her husband Sam, Lane, Maisy and Tauren; numerous in-laws; other relatives and countless special friends, who were much like family.

Funeral services for Patricia Lynne “Patti’’ Whitacre will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2022, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. also on Friday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
