Pamela Joy Turpin, age sixty-two passed away on March 21, 2026, in Lebanon, Missouri. She was born on June 5, 1963, in Alameda, California.
Pamela was a woman whose love ran deep and whose presence filled every room with both laughter and strength. She is survived by her previous husband, Jerry Dennison; her daughters, Jennifer Freeman and husband Michael, and Julie Fowler and husband Brian; her grandchildren, Isaac Row and partner Jaycee Legan, Inalee Row and partner Lilly Lathrom, Ian Row, IIlijah Row, Immett Row, Imeric Row, Daniel Green, Nathaniel Green, Leah Fowler and Kenzie Fowler, along with nine step grandchildren; and her great grandson, Kainan Row. She was preceded in death by her mother Isabel Bailey Valadez; her fathers Anthony Valadez, Sr. and Jesse Turpin, Sr.; her aunt Myra Windmiller; and three beloved grandbabies who were born into heaven.
Pamela found her greatest joy in the simple, meaningful moments of life. She loved spending time on the river with family and friends, soaking in the outdoors and making memories that would last for generations. In her younger years, she enjoyed crocheting, working crossword puzzles, and taking her girls to the beach, where some of their happiest memories were made.
Her love for her grandchildren was fierce and unwavering, the kind of love that felt like it could hold the whole world together. She created a home filled with warmth, laughter and comfort. Her grandchildren will always remember sleepovers filled with blanket forts, walks to the park, late night movie marathons, and endless cuddles.
Pamela had a spirit that was both strong and unforgettable. She could be stubborn, no question about it, but that same strength was rooted in love. She had a sharp sense of humor, a quick wit, and a heart that always tried to bring people back together. She was the peacemaker, the one who held family close even when life tried to pull it apart.
Her life was full of memories that will live on through those who loved her, from fishing off the rock wall in San Francisco to rollerblading through Golden Gate Park with her beloved dog, Lady J. These moments, big and small, are now the treasures carried forward by her family.
Pamela Joy Turpin will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.
