OZARK CONFERENCE CHAMPS

Wrestling team wins third straight conference title

Posted
The Lebanon High School boys’ wrestling team continued to show their dominance in the Ozark Conference by winning their third straight conference title on Saturday afternoon at Parkview High School. This is the first time in school history the Yellowjackets have accomplished the three-peat. The team had nine individual champions (Drew Bowling, Quentin Long, Canon Roark, Davis Joiner, Cole Patten, Cade Muscia, Colt Adkins, Jake Henson, and Jayden Hubler), which beats the previous record of seven champions (1992 and 2019).  The Yellowjackets finished with a team score of 275 points, which gave them their highest team total ever scored in an Ozark Conference tournament, besting 261.5 (2019 and 2020).  For more on this story see Wednesday's LCR.
