Due to weather delays, pavement repair work that began on Interstate 44 in Laclede County this week will extend into next week.
A contractor working for the Missouri Department of Transportation will be repairing pavement at various locations of the interstate throughout the week of April 26. This work will require nightly lane closures in both directions of I-44.
Signs will be in place to alert motorists of the lane closures. Drivers will need to slow down and obey all signs in work zones.
