NORMA MARIE CONVERY

Norma Marie Convery, 99, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020, in Osage Beach.

She was born June 12, 1921, in Jefferson City, Mo. to Edward and Maria Strobel Buchta.

On May 22, 1941, she married Roy Convery.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Edward Convery on Aug. 2, 2011; one sister, Lina; three brothers, Eugene, Carl and Hugo.

Norma was a devoted homemaker. She loved tending to her flowers and rock collecting. However, time spent with her family is what she treasured most.

She was a longtime, active and faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Marie Clark and her husband Jeffery of Lebanon; two grandsons, David Clark and his wife Laura of Mesa, Ariz. and Steven Clark and his wife Kellie of Elk Grove, Calif.; eight great-grandchildren, David Jr., Heather, Christopher, Tiffany, Dillon, Hannah, Austin and Samuel; several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; other relatives and friends.

Due to the risk of COVID-19, the family of Norma Marie Convery has asked that her graveside service be private. Private graveside will be held at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens in Jefferson City. They will have a celebration of her life at a later date. They appreciate all the love, support and continued prayers during these difficult and unprecedented times.
