Mike Evans was sworn in as the new City Councilman for Ward 1 at Monday’s Lebanon City Council meeting.
Evans replaces Ken Eldridge who resigned last month for personal reasons. He was nominated by Mayor Jared Carr and confirmed by the City Council at Monday night's meeting.
Evans was born and raised in Lebanon.
