New Conway superintendent focuses on culture, climate

Culture and climate — these two terms sound like words one might read in a travel brochure. And Superintendent Matt Searson did some traveling before he found his way to the Laclede County R-1 School District, henceforth shortened to Conway schools. Born in Germany, he has experienced a new culture and a different climate there and later in Iceland.
