NANCY LEE BALLHAGEN MOORE

Nancy Lee Ballhagen Moore, 80, of Lebanon, died Saturday afternoon, Jan. 16, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Springfield.

She was born April 11, 1940, in Fort Collins, Colo. to Neven and Helen Mohrlang Bretz.

On June 28, 1959, she married Keith Arthur Ballhagen and to this union two sons were born. He preceded her in death on Oct. 26, 2007. She also was preceded in death by her parents, and her stepfather, Eddie McDonald.

She was born in Colorado and then moved with her family to Los Angeles, Calif. in 1941. She was raised in California and graduated from high school there. She then. met and married Keith, and they made their home in California where they lovingly raised their sons. In 1989, the family moved to Lebanon and made their home. Nancy was always a devoted homemaker to her family and also owned and operated the Puzzle Store near Lebanon for a number of years.

She is survived by two sons, Mitchell Ballhagen and his wife Robin of Lebanon, and Richard Ballhagen and his wife Tabatha of Richland; three stepchildren, Judy Moore, Jeanette Schmeltz, and Tim Moore, all of Kansas City, Mo.; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
