Nadine (Moore) Palmer, 96, of Haysville, Kan., formerly of Stoutland, was born June 28, 1927, in Stoutland to William and Oval Moore and died Friday, Feb. 16, 2024. She is survived by her daughters, Rita (Bud) Randall and Gena (Stan) Payeur; son, John (Barbara) Palmer; nine grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Haysville in Haysville, Kan. Burial was in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Memorials may be made to The Gideons International or First Baptist Church of Haysville, Kan.
