The Laclede County Health Department announced 22 more positive COVID-19 cases on Thursday afternoon.
The additional cases brought the to-date total for the county up to 1,369 cases. Half of those cases (685) have been reported in October. This week has seen the addition of 107 cases, according to the Health Department.
