Mildred Adey, 86, of Houston, Mo. died Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at Texas County Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by three daughters, Janet McCown of Houston; Connie Umfress of Success and Beverly Mays of Lebanon; two sons, Steve Adey of Bucyrus and Dwaine Adey of Houston; two brothers, Howard and Ronnie Lankford; three sisters, Francis Friend, Carolyn Screaves, and Mary Nunes, a sister-in-law, Sue Burdick; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mildred Adey will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, at Ellis Prairie Baptist Church in Ellis Prairie. Burial will be in the Ellis Prairie Cemetery, under the direction of Evans Funeral Home of Houston. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
