Mary “Pauline’’ Lewis, 89, of Lebanon, died Tuesday morning, Nov. 24, 2020, at Lebanon South Nursing and Rehab in Lebanon.
She is survived by her son Jerry Paul (Maria) Mann, their sons Steven (Juliet) and Ryan (Gretchen); her son Gary “Gene’’ (Gina) Lewis, their daughter Gabriel (Sabbath) Rodgers and son Jonathan Lewis; her stepson, Ronnie (Sherry) Lewis; her brother Freddie (Anna) Caviness and nephew Ken (Deanna) Caviness; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
