Mary Louise Garrett, 75, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, in Lebanon.

She was born Jan. 24, 1946, in Lebanon, Mo. to Fred Eugene and Annie Ruble Stewart.

On Dec. 2, 1977, she married Joe Garrett.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joe Garrett; a stepson, Randy Joe Garrett; and by two brothers, Kenny and John Stewart.

Mary Louise was a devoted homemaker and always put the needs of her family first.

Survivors include three sons, Joe Garrett (Karen) of Albertville, Minn.; Charles Garrett of Lebanon, and James Eslinger of Springfield; five daughters, Tammy Roser (Michael), Wanda Rogers, Sherry Crisp and Pam Garrett. all of Lebanon and Mary Anderson (Jeff) of Springfield; one brother, Paul Stewart (Jodi) of Lebanon; two sisters, Betty Terry (Randy) and Mae Hall, both of Springfield; 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Graveside services and burial for Mary Louise Garrett will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, at White Oak Pond Cemetery with Pastor Rick Morrow officiating, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. The family asks for their safety and the safety of others, that masks be worn. Those guidelines will be monitored during this time to accommodate the family and their wishes.
