LOUISE BUILDERBACK

Louise Builderback, 83, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021, at the Strafford Care Center in Strafford.

She was born Nov. 18, 1937, near Lebanon, Mo. to Ralph and Alma Davis Reid.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Dolphus; a brother, Don Reid; and four sisters, Bonnie Reid, Ida Robinson, Doris Richie, and Rosie Richardson.

She was raised in the Crossroads community and graduated from Lebanon High School. She then worked in retail for a time, moving to Kansas City to work for Sears and Roebuck Company. She returned to the Stoutland area where she and Dolphus made their home and she was a devoted homemaker through the years. She also worked for the H.D. Lee Company for a number of years. Louise was always willing to help take care of others in her family.

Survivors include a sister, Emma Hill and her husband William of Lebanon; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Louise Builderback will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021, at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon with the Rev. Allen Reeves officiating.

Burial will be in the Stoutland Cemetery in Stoutland, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.

A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.

A memorial to the Stoutland Cemetery has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
