Loretta Faye Day, 84, of Phillipsburg, was born May 3, 1941, in Laclede County, Mo. to John and Mae (Ware) Caffey and died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025.
She is survived by her husband Ivan of the home; a son, Gary Day and his wife Connie; a daughter, Paula Legan and her husband Kevin; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Lauretta Caffey.
Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at Phillipsburg Christian Church in Phillipsburg, under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Phillipsburg. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time in the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in care of the funeral home.
