Lois Yvonne (Creson) McCallister, 80, of Phillipsburg, was born Jan. 9, 1943, in Mountain Grove to Edgar and Opal (Townlain) Woodruff and died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. She is survived by her husband David McCallister; two sons, George Ellis Creson Sr. and Angie of Elkland, and Dennis Eugene Creson Sr. of Rogersville; three stepchildren, Laura Kaczor and Greg of Spokane, Wash., Davita Helmick and Matthew of Niangua, and Kelly McCallister of Carl Junction; three sisters, Robert Oxendrider of Wheatland, Judy Smith and Ted of Rogersville, and Wanda Deckard of Springfield; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one step great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024, in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. in Marshfield with burial in Cardwell Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be before services from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
