Linda Joyce Koehler, 69, formerly of Lebanon, died Saturday, March 20, 2021, in Strafford.

She was born Nov. 16, 1951, in Lake Providence, La. to Monroe Jackson Reed Sr. and Annie Mae Reed.

On Dec. 21, 1996, she married Ronald Koehler.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ronald Koehler, and a daughter, Tonya Huy.

Linda was a hairdresser in Tallulah, La. before moving to Missouri, where she owned and operated a cleaning service for many years. She and Ron moved to Baton Rouge in 2015 and retired in 2020. They then became full-time travelers in their R.V., enjoying visiting family and friends.

Most recently she was a member of Istrouma Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, La. and enjoyed spending time with her church family.

She is survived by her children, Angelia Priddy of Baton Rouge, La.; Nathan Koehler and his wife Amber of Belfield, N.D.; Jennifer Hoban and her husband Doug of Lebanon, and Andrea Stevens and her husband Andrew of Oklahoma City, Okla.; her grandchildren, Chance, Courtney, Tristan, Madison, Levi, Jared, Bella, Harrison, Gavin and Tatum;  three great-grandchildren, Ellie, Caden and Raylynn; other relatives and many dear friends.

A memorial service for Linda Joyce Koehler will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Perry Wolfe officiating. There is no visitation scheduled. The family asks for their safety and the safety of others, that masks be worn. Those guidelines will be monitored during this time to accommodate the family and their wishes.
