Library looks merry and bright ahead of Festival of Trees event

The annual Festival of Trees at the Lebanon-Laclede County Library is decking the halls of the entry to the building, giving those in the community a way to show off their businesses and organizations in a cheery and bright way. “The Festival of Trees is something that we’ve always done here and we are trying to make it even bigger this year,” said Director of the library, Tina Chaney. “We still have some spaces available.
