Lewis Franklin Luthy, 91, of Phillipsburg, died Monday, May 30, 2022, at Lebanon Nursing and Rehab South in Lebanon.
He is survived by his wife Jeroline Luthy of the home; one daughter, Linda Powers and her husband Larry of Waynesville; two granddaughters, one grandson, four great-grandchildren; one step-grandson, and one brother, Preston Luthy and his wife Shirley of Lebanon.
