On March 31, 1943, Leslie “Les” Raymond Wilson was born in Brownfield, Missouri to Claude and Mina Beal Wilson. He passed away November 21, 2020, in his home in Lebanon at the age of seventy-seven years, seven months and twenty-one days.

Ollie Thelma Wilson, daughter of Azo Melvin Fields and Mary Jane Downs Fields, was born November 23, 1946, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She passed away in her home in Lebanon, Missouri on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the age of seventy-nine years, eight months and twenty-one days.

Ollie spent her early years in Texas before moving with her family to Missouri when she was a teenager. On November 22, 1963, one day before her seventeenth birthday, Ollie was united in marriage to her true love and best friend, Leslie “Les” Raymond Wilson. He passed away one day shy of their fifty-seventh wedding anniversary. Together they built a life filled with family, hard work, laughter, and love.

In addition to her loving husband, Les, Ollie is preceded in death by her parents, Azo and Mary; and their son, Booner Wilson, Jr.

They are survived by their daughter, Ravona Wilson of Lebanon, Missouri; their grandchildren, Logan Wilson and his wife Ashley, Ethan Wilson and his wife Paige, Austan Wilson and his wife Melanie and Kristin Bergdoll and her husband Jade; several great-grandchildren, including Leslie Weddle, Joshua Tamayo and Lexi Tamayo; her siblings, Lee Fields, Francis Hale, Laura Mitchell, Nancy Singleton and Janie Jempty; his sister, Pauline Pruitt; and other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Sheila Mizer and Shelly, who cared for Ollie.

Following the marriage of Ollie and Les, Ollie was employed as a seamstress for thirty-three years at the VF Factory. Her husband, Les, sold cars for Darrell Capps for many years.

Ollie and Les were members at Crossroads Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed their church family. They loved God and looked forward to spending eternity in Heaven.

Ollie enjoyed playing card games, playing dominos and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play football. Les looked forward to fishing, hunting, picking wild mushrooms, and playing pool. They both enjoyed gambling.

Most of all, they loved their family very much and watching the grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow up. They were the light of their lives. Their strength and unwavering spirit will remain in the hearts of all who loved them.
