Leonard Major Couch, 61, of Lebanon, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, in his home near Lebanon.
He was born April 9, 1959, in Walnut Ridge, Ark. to Leonard and Luzene Fry Couch, who preceded him in death. He also was preceded in death by two brothers.
Leonard was born and raised in Illinois and then moved to Missouri about 30 years ago. He had worked in the construction business for many years.
He is survived by a daughter, Carrie Ann Couch of the state of Illinois; a son, Jason Couch of Wilmington, Ill.; three grandchildren, Gunner Wadley, Ean Couch, and Genavieve; two brothers, Danny Couch of Lebanon, and J.C. Couch and his wife Julia of Kirksville; a niece, Angela Couch; his significant other, Sandy “Dawn’’ Wadley of Lebanon; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
