Lee Roy Myers, 77, of Richland, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, in Springfield. He is survived by his wife Vergena; children, Sean Myers of Springfield, Shannon Chung and her husband Eric of Lake Zurich, Ill. and Peggy Schmitt and her husband Bobby of Hartville; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Don Myers and his wife Wanda of Plato. Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date at Pine Creek Cemetery at a later date. His body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
