A Lebanon woman died in a single-vehicle crash at 4:45 p.m. Friday on Route B, four miles south of Missouri 32.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Cynthia L. Kuhn, 59, the driver of a southbound 1994 Ford Ranger suffered a medical condition, traveled off the left side of the roadway, through a barbed wire fence and her vehicle came to rest in a field.
Kuhn was pronounced dead at the scene by Dr. Jeffrey Bond of Mercy Hospital.
The driver was reportedly wearing a seat belt.
