Level Up Lebanon will target the city’s Ward 3 on Oct. 3 with an event at Cowan Civic Center.
Beginning at 6 p.m., residents of Ward 3 will meet with some city officials to discuss ways to make Lebanon a better place.
“This is an opportunity for them to engage with their elected officials,” said Derek Gean, the city’s public information officer and communications director.
