A Laclede County man has been charged with one count of First Degree Assault, one count of Abuse and Neglect of a Child, two counts of Child Abuse for burning a 13-year old boy and pepper spraying two other children.
Timothy N. Easton, 50, of Lebanon was being held in the Laclede County Jail with no bond. He was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office Thursday.
Easton is the step-father of the 13-year old. The other two children are ages 12 and 16. Easton is the biological father of the 16-year old girl and the step-father of the 12-year old girl. The incidents occurred in the 17000 block of Ostrich Drive.
