As the community and the nation work to slow the spread of COVID-19, the City of Lebanon and Laclede Electric Cooperative are temporarily suspending utility shut-offs for non-payment.
Mayor Jared Carr made the decision Sunday after consulting with city staff, according to an announcement from the city.
“Our residents and businesses are facing a unique and unknown challenge,” Carr said.
