Lebanon High School sponsored their latest cultural fair on March 22 and as in every previous such fair, it was once again a mix of culture, faith, and the arts. Spearheaded by LHS art teacher, Elizabeth Barker, the momentous event that comes around only once every three years, features booths on countries from every continent; on different faiths and faith-organizations; social groups that are based on a specific aspect of American culture.
“We had Native Americans who came from Oklahoma, from more than one tribe, that shared dances from their culture at one of our first break out sessions,” Elizabeth explained. “We also had several of those sessions done by different members of LHS staff who have had extensive travel experiences over the years that they shared with our students."
