Lebanon cross country team attends SWMO running camp

The Lebanon High School cross country team has worked tirelessly this summer with extensive training. According to head coach Josh Smith, the team has been given mileage goals that each individual is trying to reach before the end of summer. “As a team, we have run over 3,000 miles this summer,” he explained. “We have raised our expectations and goals for this season, and our athletes are rising to the challenge.” The team recently competed at the SWMO Running camp near Joplin, a camp that the ‘Jackets have attended since 2017.
