The Lebanon City Council discussed but failed to approve an updated cost-of-service study for the city’s water, wastewater and electric utilities at its Monday nigth meeting.
Public Works Director Richard Shockley said the city would have employed a consultant to review and update the cost of service studies on all utilities since 2020-21. He said the study was to provide recommendations for adjustments both for rate and customer groups and provide a schedule if adjustments are needed.
