JOPLIN — A tough season came to an end for the Lebanon High School boys’ basketball team as the ‘Jackets fell to the Nixa Eagles in the first round of the Missouri Class 6 District 5 tournament on Monday at Joplin, 93-17.
The 76 point loss put a cap on the ‘Jackets’ 2021-2022 campaign, with Lebanon winning five games while losing 19. They were 1-9 during Ozark Conference competition.
The Eagles (25-3 overall) are ranked No. 4 in the latest MBCA polls for Class 6.
