Leasha Sue Pulley, 62, of Sedalia, formerly of Lebanon, died Monday, Aug. 15, 2022, in Sedalia.

She was born March 11, 1960, in Lebanon to Leonard Sein and Caroline Goans Collins.

Leasha was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Collins; her stepfather, Barney Collins; her stepmother, DeDe Decker; and a grandson, Mason Allen.

She was born and raised, the oldest of her siblings in Lebanon and finished her high school education. She took care of and helped raise her brothers and sisters. Through the years, she worked as a waitress and also was a devoted homemaker to her family. Leasha loved to sing and liked writing gospel songs. She was a wonderful listener and never judged. She was a hard worker, kept a positive attitude and was generous.

Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Hurst of Sedalia; two sons, Tim Allen and his wife Laura of Richmond, Mo. and Joe Pulley of Sedalia; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; a brother, Randy Sien of Lebanon; three sisters, Teresa Knight, Brenda Grier, both of Lebanon, and Laura O’Bannon and her husband Tony of Wagoner, Okla.; a stepbrother, Chris Decker of Lebanon; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Leasha Sue Pulley will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, 2022, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon.

Burial will be in White Oak Pond Cemetery under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at Holman-Howe Funeral Home.

A memorial has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
