Lawrence “Larry’’ B. Blecher, 78, of Buffalo, was born Sept. 6, 1945, to Wilbert “Dee’’ Blecher and Betty Jean (Thompson) Blecher and died Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived by his wife Linda and sons, Tim Blecher (Amy) of Florida, Sean Blecher of Buffalo, Shelby Blecher (Jennifer) of Fair Grove; a daughter, Lacey Blecher Zanzie (Mike) of Fair Grove; a number of grandchildren; a brother, Bill, and a sister, Patty.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, at New Hope Baptist Church with burial in New Hope Cemetery at Louisburg, under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, or a charity of your choice in his name.
