Posted

Laura Lee (Dill) Wyckoff, 41, Conway, Missouri was born April 10, 1985, to Marty and Debi (Day) Dill in Springfield, Missouri and departed life on August 10, 2026.

On August 5, 2006, she married Eric Wyckoff and to this union six children were born. She was baptized into the Conway Christian Church at a young age by her grandfather, “Poppy.”

Laura had three older brothers who loved her dearly, but they all quickly learned she could hold her own against their mischief. She graduated from Niangua High School in 2003. Laura enjoyed being a Lady Cardinal, playing both volleyball and basketball in junior high and high school. As a junior in high school Laura won the 2002 Youth Town Essay Contest sponsored by Webster Electric Cooperative and she was able to tour Washington D.C. As a high school graduation gift her brother Charley took her to Florida to visit Disney World and Universal Studios which she enjoyed immensely. She graduated from College of the Ozarks with a degree in Early Childhood Education. While in college she made many lifelong friends and also met her future husband Eric there.

She worked as a teacher for several years and truly enjoyed her time as an educator and teaching children. Laura was able to spend years at home raising her babies while also homeschooling Ruby and Henry their first few years. She always wanted to have a big family and was proud to be a mother hen to her little brood. She was the best mother, loving each and every one of her kids dearly, and loved to do things for them and with them.

Laura loved to see a good movie, read a book, or go to Silver Dollar City with the family. She had the kindest heart, always willing to help those in need. Laura tended to not be outspoken but could frequently shock you with her quick wit.

She was preceded in death by a son, Emmett, her grandparents, three uncles, one aunt, and one great aunt.

Laura is survived by her husband, Eric, five children, Ruby, Henry, Kenny, Tommy, and Lily of the home; parents, Marty and Debi Dill, Niangua, Missouri; three brothers, Andy Dill and wife Shelly, Elkland, Missouri, Charley and Daniel Kallman, Richland, Missouri, Jake Dill and Lisa, Marshfield, Missouri; five nieces and six nephews as well as a host of family and friends.

Laura was loved and cherished by so many family and friends, and while she will be forever missed, she will live in our hearts forever.
