The Lebanon Area Foundation is ending another year of support for the community.
LAF Administrator Melinda Fries reported on the organization’s accomplishments in a letter to supporters.
She said support for Community Cares reached a new level this year.
“Local businesses, schools and civic groups stepped up in a big way to partner with LAF throughout the year to raise money for Community Cares. Over the last 22 years, Community Cares has invested $2,308,491 to nearly 80 different area nonprofits serving the needs of Laclede County residents,” she wrote.
