The Laclede County Fair begins today (Saturday) and continues all next week.
Events include animals shows, carnival rides, a rodeo and truck and tractor pulls.
Saturday night events will include an arts and crafts show, a cornhole tournament, a concert with Phat Mike and the Bartenders and a big fireworks display. Carnival rides by Sonshine amusements open at 5 p.m. Wristbands for carnival rides are $20
Sunday, July 9, will be Church Youth Night and again there is no gate admission.
