Kelly Ann Waters-Shelton, 57, of Crocker, was born Dec. 15, 1966, at Waynesville to Elmer A. and Sharon K. (Wilkes) Kloeppel and died Wednesday evening, March 6, 2024, at her home. She is survived by her husband Stacey Shelton of Crocker; her son, Eric Waters and her daughter, Jordan Waters, both of Macks Creek; her stepdaughter, Brittany Shelton of Crocker; her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Pauletta Kloeppel of Richland; her sister and brother-in-law, Karen and David May of Macks Creek; and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held at noon Monday, March 11, 2024, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel in Crocker with Jeremy Laws officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Iberia. A memorial has been established.
