Katherine Sue Hughes Hutton, 87, of Mansfield, was born May 1, 1936, in Hartville to Roy Virgil Hughes and Loretta Alma Marah Hughes and died Saturday, March 2, 2024. She is survived by eight children, Chuck Hutton and his wife Brenda of Mansfield, Janalyn Emonds and her husband Gerald of Mansfield, Jackie Green of Bolivar, Charlotte Still and her husband Greg of Grovespring, Carol Spencer and her husband Earl of Norwood, Chris Hutton and his wife Carmen of Strafford, Nancy Still and her husband Robby of Grovespring, Tracy Ward and her husband Ty of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Hutton of Lebanon; a sister, Dotty Dunn of Mountain Grove; her brother, Johnny Hughes and his wife Bonnie of Springfield, and a sister-in-law, Nancy Hughes of Hartville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Mansfield Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery near Hartville, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home at Hartville.
