Karla May Stoner, 58, of Lebanon, died Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, at her home.
She was born Aug. 18, 1961, in Iowa City, Iowa to Don and Kay Harvey Watts.
Karla was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Melissa Stewart, and a granddaughter, Salena Stewart.
Karla was born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa, where she graduated from high school. She moved to Lebanon in 1986, and worked as a certified nurse’s aide at Lebanon Care Center until becoming disabled. She was always a devoted homemaker to her family.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and followed the Pentecostal faith. She was a member of Grace Calvary Church in Lebanon.
She is survived by two daughters, Peggy “JoJo’’ Strawn of Waynesville and Sarah Stewart of Buffalo; one son, Larry Stewart of Lebanon; two brothers, Dennis Bittner of Rapid City, S.D. and Kenny Bittner of Marshalltown, Iowa, and nine grandchildren, Kalissa, Triston, Austin, Kalenn, Breanna, Kodee, Kenny and Brnin.
A visitation for Karla May Stoner will be held from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. A memorial has been established. Donations may be left at the funeral home. For more information or to view or sign the online memorial visit www.holmanhowe.com.
