Justin Glen Appling, 37, of Amarillo, Texas, formerly of Lebanon, was born July 22, 1988, in Springfield to Gregory Glen Appling and Brenda Jean Adamson Appling and died Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Hayes County, Texas, from injuries suffered in a plane crash along, as did partner Hayden Dillard.
He is survived by his daughters, Kyleigh and Brynlee; his parents, Brenda Appling and Greg Appling; a sister, Jennifer Dawn Treat and her husband Dustin; his grandmother, Kathy Appling and partner Kenny Dampier.
A memorial has been established for a benefit fund for Kyleigh Turner and Brynlee Lopez.
A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2026, a Hillside Christian Church West Campus in Amarillo, Texas with the Rev. Greg Corona officiating.
