Judith “Judy’’ (Cogdill) Arnall, 83, of Hartville was born July 21, 1939 to Horace “Owen’’ and Doris (O’Dell) Cogdill and died Friday, May 26, 2023. She is survived by four sons, Jackie Arnall and wife Evelyn of Hartville; Jody Arnall and wife Lana of Hartville; Linzie Arnall and wife Heidi of Strafford and Laron Arnall and wife Amy of Hartville; two daughters, Patricia Ivy and husband Randy of Mansfield, and Kala Melton of Hartville. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Hartville with burial in Steele Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville.
