Judge orders officials to collect '22 road district taxes

In their Oct. 24 regular meeting, the Laclede County Commissioners answered questions about the final judgment for case number 23LA-CC00072, the case to decide if the collection of property taxes left off the 2022 tax statements for the residents of Lebanon Special Road District #1 and Phillipsburg Special Road District #3 could go ahead. In the Conclusions of Law section of his judgment regarding the Lebanon Special Road District #1 and Phillipsburg Special Road District #3 supplemental tax levy, Judge Matthew Hamner authorized and ordered Laclede County officials to collect the taxes.
